Welcome to Brampton Arts & Crafts Club, which has been running since 1970.
The club meets on Monday evenings 7.00–9.00pm in the wooden hut at Brampton Community Centre, The Irthing Centre, Union Lane, Brampton CA8 1BX.
Club members have a wide variety of art and craft interests encompassing traditional and contemporary work in paint, pastel, mixed media, rag rugging, crochet, printmaking, embroidery, jewellery and much more!
Club nights allow us to share and develop our own work with the help and support of other club members (and tea and biscuits!) in a friendly atmosphere. Club nights also occasionally feature a talk, demonstration or workshop, but the main focus is on producing your own work. See the club calendar…
The club also organises at least two exhibitions, an outdoor (plein air) painting event and friendly club competitions throughout the year. The member with the most overall points each year takes home the coveted eagle trophy for a year.
New members are always welcome though we do have a minimum age limit of 18.
Just come along to a club night or contact us by email for further information: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Membership only costs £15 each year.
